Hi Kristina, What inspires your work as an artist?
I find inspiration from my surroundings, nature, music, dance, theatre, art, and the general atmosphere of any situation. I am creative and forward thinking person who always enjoys exploring new ideas, experimenting with colours, details and collaborating with like minded people.

What medium do you like working with best, and why?
I work with acrylic paint on canvas, it is a real challenge to manage it, as it is more difficult to make realistic artwork, and also it is hard to fix any changes. The good thing about acrylic is that it dries quickly and doesn't smell!

How long have you been an artist for?
I have been an artist since I graduated with a BA Book Illustration degree in Italy 2011.

What do you like best about having your work with us at SOTA?
It is such a great place to share my work. SOTA is a unique place where people can enjoy delicious food and explore the art. It is fantastic opportunity for the artist to get noticed.

And our most important question...how do you like your steak?!
I prefer risotto!
